If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or product exchange as follows: (1) Refunds for items returned within 30-days of the purchase date will be credited 100 % in the same form as the original payment type. However, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (2) Product exchanges within 30-days of the original purchase date and in the same dollar amount as the original purchase will be sent to you free of shipping or handling charges. There is no product exchange policy after 30-days. (3) Refunds for items more than 30-days but less than 60-days after the purchase date will be subject to a restocking charge of 35%. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment type. (4) Because the artwork is made one-at-a-time on demand, there is no refund policy available after 60-days of original purchase date.
